Tool + で (de)

 

is typically used.

 

For example,

watashi wa aihon de shashin wo tori masu.

I take pictures with my iPhone.

okane de ai wo kai masu.

I buy love with money.

If you want to ask about a tool being used for an action,

with what

 

is typically used.

 

For example,

何でヨーグルトを食べますか。

nan de yooguruto wo tabe masu ka.

What do you eat yogurt with?
